There are 40,925 entire homes listed across Airbnb in London and the surrounding area, with 19,880 private bedrooms and 1,644 serviced apartments. The neighbourhood with the most listings is Paddington, with 2,199 entire homes costing an average of £298 per night. The second most populated neighbourhood for whole rental properties is Kensington with 2,384 listings, followed by Wandsworth with 1,455 entire homes.
